Rulkov map

Rulkov map is a two dimensional iterated map which is used to model biological neuron. It was proposed by Nikolai F. Rulkov in 2001. Use of map to study neural networks has big computational advantage because map is easy to iterate than continuous dynamical system which saves a lot of memory and makes the computation of large neural networks easy.
