As long as the article's subject meets WP:GNG and doesn't violate WP:CRYSTAL, there's no requirement that software has to be released before an article can be made. However, I'm not seeing any inappropriate use of present tense verbs, but maybe I'm overlooking something? - Sudo Ghost 16:18, 27 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
