There are literally 100's of foreign controlled staffing companies operating in the United States all of them with Indian CEO's and members of diversitybusiness.com. These companies taken together presently account for the vast majority of hiring and staffing at major US corporation in the United States.

is far a benovent force for good.
Its the front for an foreign controlled criminal organisation
run by the Indian outsourcing industry.
Its purpose is to skew hiring of technical jobs
aways from Americans and transfering the jobs to Indians
and Asians under the disguise of hiring women and black
Americans. Where it hires qualified white Americans
it mission is to smear, discredit and fire them
as soon as possible to in an effort to damage
their Careers so as to make open an additional
slot to fill with an Indian or other minority.
Diversity Business Staffing sindicates operate in a multi-level marketing network that operate by filtering qualified americans and skewing and converting engineering departments over to woman and blacks at first, but eventuall convert the department over to entirely over to Indians and Asians. Eventually, they conpletely throw out the white males in the department except for a few fake white managers that they keep around as pets.
In every organisation where minority-business staffing companies are allowed to operate for extended periods of time they setup illegal discrimatory empolyment scams that demote white engineers as temporary trash contractors, and promote women, indian, and asians, into management positions that are immuned to normal checks and balances. In other words, if they fail repeatly at their jobs, and talk like spoiled brats and piss all over white contractors by calling them stupid and inferior while they are working, then, they are never held accountable. Instead they are promoted and given more responsibility and the white contractor engineer is fired and his work is given to them to relabel as their own work.
How do they do it? simple, they setup software like Windows Remote Terminal on the white contractors computers, and remotely watch while they are working in an effort to always stay one step ahead of them, to steal their work, their ideas, and then to fire them, rewrite, or relabel their work as their own work, then they pretend that the white engineer's work was awful and try to bruse their resume and just references. This is how diversity buisness operates without getting caught for only hiring minorities for every job. They simple hire everybody then then fire the white males if they are good.
When hiring white male contractors, The only ones that get to keep their jobs are the white males that they preceive as being bad in some way, either they are fat or too old and may have a heart attack or stroke. or they are just people that have given up and do nothing but stare at their screens all day long like dummies without doing anything.
When they perceive that the white male contractor is good at what they do, then they fire them after only a few weeks/months in an effort to damage their resumes and theirby make the resumes of minorities look better. after getting tossed around between companies controlled by diverisity-buisness associates it looks like you have a string of losers on their resume, compared to the indians that diversity-business is promoting by making mangers and people with responsiblity who are not held accountable for failed or poor workperforance and are allowed to cheat and get training when they are failing.
You might ask. How do they get orifice software
onto a computer. Because the minority-business staffing network,
also has minority agents working the IT department,
that will install orifice software onto contractor's
computers, and then lock the Adminstration password
so that the contractor is powerless to remove it or disable it.
OVM
The Open Verification Methodology (OVM) is a documented methodology with a supporting building-block library for the verification of semiconductor chip designs. The initial version, OVM 1.0, was released in January, 2008,[1] and regular updates have expanded its functionality. The latest version is OVM 2.1.2, released in January, 2011. The current release and all previous releases are available, under the Apache License, on the OVM World[2] site.
The reuse concepts within the OVM were derived mainly from the URM (Universal Reuse Methodology) which was, to a large part, based on the eRM (e Reuse Methodology) for the e Verification Language developed by Verisity Design in 2001. The OVM also brings in concepts from the AVM (Advanced Verification Methodology (AVM). The UVM class library brings much automation to the SystemVerilog language such as sequences and data automation features (packing, copy, compare) etc. The UVM also has recommendations for code packaging and naming conventions.
The OVM has won recognition from Electronic Design[3] and a DesignVision award from the International Engineering Consortium.[4]
The OVM was co-developed by Mentor Graphics and Cadence Design Systems, and they continue to guide its evolution in concert with the nine user companies of the OVM Advisory Group.[5] The OVM is publicly supported by more than 60 partner companies[6] offering tools, training, and services.
The OVM was standardized within Accellera, which voted to make it the basis for the Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).[7] Accellera released version UVM 1.0 EA on May 17, 2010 [8]..
