Hi, Caralampio was a parrot I once owned. He was also a protagonist on a Mexican novela. My name is Ronald Hines. I am a retired veterinarian and beekeeper. I live in Brownsville, Texas. I am also a PhD microbiologist. I am also a retired Lt. Colonel in the United States Public Health Service. I ran veterinary practices in a small town in the Israeli Galilee, Kiryat Tivon. I also ran practices in San Antonio, Texas and Sarasota, Florida. Some Wikipedia Pet Health Topics are quite accurate and complete; but some are not. I would like to make additions to some and later, begin a few. I have not been successful in mastering the insertion of footnotes or references to existing articles.
