Journal of Multicultural Counseling and Development (JMCD) is peer-reviewed academic journal published by Wiley-Blackwell on behalf of the the American Counseling Association on behalf of the Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development. The journal was established in 1972 as the Journal of Non-White Concerns in Personnel and Guidance.
The current editor is Caroline “CC” Clauss-Ehlers of Rutgers, The State University of NJ. The Associate Editors are Anthony Chambers of Northwestern University and Carlos P. Zalaquett of University of South Florida. The journal is concerned with research, theory, and program applications pertinent to multicultural and ethnic minority interests in all areas of counseling and human development.
