I'm sponsoring this article, formerly on user:gridquant/ross, because the technique appears to be a real improvement in grid management. It was recently acquired by Battelle, has two filed patents US Patents (7519506 and 7979239) and is said to be in use at a number of national utilities. I believe gridquant/ross is associated with the commercial provider, GridQuant, and cannot legitimately introduce this article. (Clever to put it in a searchable place, though) I'm not commercially involved. I found all this from open web searches. Ray Van De Walker 23:34, 15 August 2012 (UTC)
