Monthly calculation index (MCI) is an index used in Kazakhstan for calculating pensions, allowances and other social payments and also for incrementing fines and calculation taxes and other payments.

It is set annually by the law of the Republic on the Budget.

  • 1 January 2011 - 1512 tenge
  • 1 January 2010 - 1413 tenge
  • 1 July 2009 - 1296 tenge
  • 2005 - 971 tenge
