Child Development Perspectives, or CDP, is a peer-reviewed academic journal published quarterly by Wiley-Blackwell. The journal is one of three journals published on behalf of the Society for Research in Child Development. Child Development and Monographs of the Society for Research in Child Development are SRCD's other publications. CDP is currently edited by Nancy Eisenberg. The journal aims to publish short articles around emerging subjects of inquiry in developmental science.

The journal is ISI ranked and, according to Thompson Reuters Journal Citation Reports, has a 2011 impact factor of 1.559. In the "Psychology, Developmental" category, CDP is ranked 39th out of 67 journals[1] .
