Project Sunshine is a potential future class of Royal Caribbean International cruise ships that are the destined to become second in line to the world's largest passenger ships. The two ships were ordered in February 2011. The first ship of the class is planned for a fall of 2014 delivery while the second is scheduled to arrive just six months later in the Spring of 2015.

Construction

The Sunshine class will surpass the earlier Freedom class by a mere 4,000 GT to take over the second place spot on the list of world's largest passenger ships behind Royal Caribbean International's existing Oasis class of ships. Their home ports are yet to be determined.
