This is a notifications list. Users in this page will be listed once vandalism has reached a certain DefCon level. To subscribe add "*[[User talk:Your username here]]|DefCon: Desired DefCon level|Number of hours the bot should keep away before notifying you again (0 = no limit)|Should the bot notify you once vandalism subsides? (yes/no)(yes overrides the rate limiter to notify you of subsided vandalism)|". Specify the exact location you would like to have the notification sent.
