Area code 000

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Lincmad (talk | contribs) at 23:10, 19 July 2012 (000 is not a real area code, period.). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

Area code 000 is not a valid United States area code. This code may show up as part of a number on a caller id system when receiving telemarketer outbound calls or from VoIP services, such as Skype or Vonage, because there is no requirement that caller id data represent a valid telephone number.[1]
