Pattern Recognition Letters is a peer-reviewed scientific journal covering research on pattern recognition published by Elsevier. It is the official journal of the International Association for Pattern Recognition. The editors-in-chief are G. Borgefors (Uppsala University), G. Sanniti di Baja (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, Naples), and S. Sarkar (University of South Florida). According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2011 impact factor of 1.034.[1]
