To use QRpedia:

find the Wikipedia article you want to link to
copy its URL
go to http://qrpedia.org/ - do not use any other QR code generator (they won't give your users the multi-language options)
paste the URL
click on the image and save it
import the image into a word processor programme or graphics package
(optionally) add text labels
print it
display it in a suitable location
