First of all, the couple of sentences in this page don't really mean anything, as far as I can tell. "Assembly language programming in scripting languages"? What is that supposed to mean? Anyway, I had never heard of this, which led me to do a quick Google search, and there doesn't seem to be anything on Google about this either. At least under this name.
