Dont Steal Mac OS X.kext is a hidden file in certain versions of the Mac OS X Operating System requesting that users of Mac OS X not "steal" it: ie that they not hack Mac OS X to run on generic white box hardware.

According to softpedia and the OSX86 project the full text of the file reads:

It is commonly believed that Apple makes a large percentage of their profits from the sale of computer hardware bought specifically to run their Mac OS X Operating System. If this is true then the adaption of Mac OS X to run on standard PC hardware could be a financial blow to the company.
