Movement Report System is a system established to collect and make available to certain commands vital information on the status, location, and movement oggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggllllllllllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeert f flag commands, commissioned fleet units, and ships under the operational control of the United States Navy.
