Hamilton Thomas Carlton Plantagenet MacCarthy (b. 1846 in London - d. 1939 in Ottawa) is known for his historical monuments, in particular his Sieur de Monts at ANNAPOLIS ROYAL (1904).[1]

Life

MacCarthy moved fom London, England to Canada in 1885. His work appears in gallery's and public parks throughout Canada.
