The Committee for Privileges and Conduct is a select committee of the House of Lords in the Parliament of the United Kingdom. The committee's remit is to make recommendations to the House on complaints of breach of parliamentary privilege.

The committee also considers petitions to claim any peerage. When considering Claims of Peerage, the committee must sit with at least three Lords of Appeal present.

Membership

The committee is presided over by the Chairman of Committees. As of 16 May 2012, the members of the committee are as follows:
