How can the Philippines be highlighted as light blue in the image when neither Indonesian or Malay languages are spoken there?

I guess it's because Malay is spoken (or used to?) by the Moros of Mindanao. Furthermore, an old form of Malay was spoken as a lingua franca in some areas several centuries ago. Jcdizon (talk) 16:38, 19 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
