Wikipedia:Restrictions on Anonymous Editing from Shared IPs

This policy proposes to prohibit any AOL user to edit any Wikipedia article until they are a registered user. This will lessen the vandalism from many AOL vandals, and can serve justice to the right person instead of the wrong person.
