It appears examples were listed in the original posting of this article, but subsequent editors removed them. I believe they provide valuable clarification and an alternative to the technical, medical description. Additionally, they provide a parallel to the Closed Kenetic Chain Exercises article which also includes examples (at least at present). Georgeburdell (talk) 17:27, 28 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
