Certify Data Systems, Inc. is a healthcare information technology company that develops interoperability solutions designed to enable connectivity between healthcare entities such as integrated health organizations, hospitals, multi-specialty centers, clinics, laboratories, and physicians. Two primary components - Certify HealthDock and Certify Gateway - combine to create the Certify solution. Certify's proprietary technology includes features such as a Community Master Patient Index, HL7 Normalization, Electronic Medical Record EMR Enhanced Message Formatting, and a Bi-Directional Platform. The Certify solution delivers health information across the "last mile" of interoperability without changing hospital or physician workflows.

Products

Certify HealthDock^TM-an appliance that receives in-bound clinical information such as laboratory results, discharge summaries, radiology reports, clinical notes, history & physical examinations (H&Ps), pathology reports and other patient information from multiple sources and pushes the data to physician's electronic medical record (EMR) when it is available in the hospital information system (HIS) or laboratory information system (LIS).
Certify Gateway-enterprise-class software enables hospital organizations to exchange clinical information with their physicians and other providers.
