Glyphipterix mikadonis is a species of sedge moths in the genus Glyphipterix. It is found in Japan.

The wingspan is 10.5-12.5 mm. The forewings are dark fuscous and the hindwings are fuscous. Adults have been recorded from the end of May to the beginning of June.[1]
