Java (Georgian: გორი) is a district (Raioni) in Georgia's Shida Kartli region. Entire district is part of a self-proclaimed republic of South Ossetia and is not under control of Georgian government since 1992. Roki tunnel, strategic pass linking South Ossetia with Russia is located in the district.
