A British architectural firm based in London and established in 1994. The firm's principal studios are located at Carnwath Road, London. In 2012, the firm employed 48 staff, including four statutory Directors, John Assael, Russell Pedley, Greg Greasley & Niall Cairns. The practice is focused on, residentially led urban regeneration, social awareness and attractive places to live, themes that have long been a feature of their work. Place-making, celebration of public space and the encouragement of public activities is also a recurring theme to create value in their work. Assael Architecture Limited is owned by co founders, John Assael & Russell Pedley.
