This article will be difficult to de-orphan

There are several layers of pages that need to be created to get to this. The Bangladesh page does not have anything about the structure of its government--not so much as a list of Ministries. The Ministry of Finance would need to have a page, and then you could put in a link to the Financial Management Reform Programme. One wonders why this pages was created in the first place when there is so little about the layers above it. Listmeister (talk) 15:22, 30 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
