The Wage Earner Protection Plan Act (WEPPA) of 2005,is a Canadian federal Act. It is part of a package of insolvency reforms to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA). It aims to compensate employees of bankrupt companies. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
