I NEED TO SOLVE MY CASE

Request reason:

My main account was "vincshekhan", but I forgot the password and I only use this account "ALBA-BALAMAND"; can you please help me to delete permanently my old account VINCSHEKHAN and to use only ALBA-BALAMAND. Furthermore; please unblock my actual account ALBA-BALAMAND as well since I am still waiting since long time. I was accused of sockpuppetry and failed to defend myself despite all the discussions !!!! I couldn't understand it; so I couldn't explain to anyone my case and I accepted to wait so so so long as admins promissed me; it was clarified that I will get with time my account unblocked. So please help me to solve my case. Thank you.

ALBA-BALAMAND was allowed as a legitimate change of user name - however since then, things have degenerated - I would suggest you read Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Vincshekhan/Archive. You may wish to address some of those issues as well.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 12:33, 16 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Ronhjones; I have 2 accounts "vincshekhan" (I want to cancel) and ALBA-BALAMAND (I want to use always); I do not really know how and why; but I wish you read my case, the account of "mark shutter" is not mine and never was and I believe it was created just to find an evidence to block my account and delete the page I created about one lebanese intellectual his name is wissam shekhani for a reason I ignore. I accuse herein and in front of everyone and all admins that I believe the one behind all this is an Admin called ELI (he might be someone who knows me in reality !!! and has some personal problems with me !!! we are both form the same country, lebanon !!!! Does this mean something to you???), he always promised to delete everything I do and really he is great; he took advantage of my sockpuppetry accusation regarding my old account vincshekhan and manupilated me being expert in wikipedia and I am not. I tried to defend myself and I couldn't, strangely all Admins are friends and can never trust non-admin users as it seems until I had my account blocked again since more than 10 months. You should try out other sites of the Foundation - Wikinews could be a good start - edit there for at least a few months (four to six), come back and show us that you've been a productive editor there during that time. If you do that, you'll be immediately unblocked by me or by any other administrator taking your blocking administrator into confidence. Right now, your scope of edits, your background, your lack of past honesty, all work against you. I'll also request you to take this opportunity and list down below all the sockpuppet account that you have used in the pas t, irrespective of whether they're being used currently or not (please also include ip addresses that you may have used to make edits without logging in). Ok, it's clear now for me, and hope I can unblock my account this way, thank you. However, regarding my sockpuppet accounts list; I am using currently only and only this account ALBA-BALAMAND (since more than 1.5 years); and I stopped using my old account VINCSHEKHAN. One more account accused to be mine MARKSHUTTER (which I never created and never used, but I couldn't prove to admins the opposite because it had the same IP Address as I understood from the result of my investigation request!!) For the IP Address which I used it without logging in when I was blocked (happened only once, I was angry and made this mistake and regretted, actually at the time, I was accused agressively for an account which I never created the MARKSHUTTER NIGHTMARE, anyway, this is the past ) I do not know it, however, it should be the same IP Address used while using my account ALBA-BALAMAND.
