This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... this page explains the Networking and Information Technology Research and Development Program, which is a Government Program to advance IT R&D in the United States. This article is not promoting a product or advertising goods, it is simply providing information about a Government Program in hopes that it will provide researchers and scientists, and the general public better information about the IT R&D activities within Government Agencies--Nitrd (talk) 21:00, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I am using my real username here. this page explains the Networking and Information Technology Research and Development Program, which is a Government Program to advance IT R&D in the United States.
