Man with a Memory is the second studio album released by American country music artist Joe Nichols. It was released in 2003 (see 2003 in country music) on the Universal South Records label. The album produced four singles on the Billboard country music charts: "The Impossible", "Brokenheartsville" (his first Number One), "She Only Smokes When She Drinks" and "Cool to Be a Fool". Man with a Memory is ceritifed platinum by the RIAA for U.S. shipments of one million copies.
The album is the first production credit for session guitarist Brent Rowan,[2] with whom Nichols has worked on all subsequent albums.
"Everything's a Thing" was originally recorded by Craig Morgan on his 2000 self-titled debut album.
