Communications Capabilities Development Programme
Appearance
The Communications Capabilities Development Programme (CCDP) is a ubiquitous surveillance scheme under development by the British government.[1] It involves the logging of every telephone call, email and text message between every inhabitant of the UK.[2]
It derives from the former Labour government's Interception Modernization Programme.[2]
