matt fairchild, libby, MT.

Matthew (Matt) Wayne Fairchild of 29 Post Street, Libby, MT. has long list of Sex Offenses against Children in Washington State and Libby MT. He likes Flashing himself to young girls and has and could rape them. He is a danger to any young girls he has contact with.
