FSTA is a bibliographic indexing and abstracting database covering the scientific and technological literature relating to food, drink, and nutrition. Coverage includes topics relating to every aspect of food and nutrition including all major food and drink commodities and related life and pure sciences plus food products, food processing, food safety, food spoilage, biotechnology, and pet foods. It has indexed abstracts with full text links where available, and includes over 4,000 indexed journals as well as patents, standards, books, reviews, conference proceedings, and reports. It is produced by IFIS, and published in 40 languages. Coverage is from 1969 to the present.[1][2][3]
