The Manitoba PNP for Business requires • A minimum net worth of CDN $ 350,000. • A prospecting tour of 7 days on invitation of the Govt. of Manitoba • Security deposit of CDN $ 75000 retainable for 2 years and refunded without Interest • Investment of CDN $ 150,000 in the eligible investment within two years of entering Manitoba on the permanent residence visa. • Applicant must demonstrate to have high level Management experience of 3 years in a successful concern. • A genuine intention of establishing business in the state of Manitoba.
You need to file for the invitation from the government and all documents concerned
with the description of networth and experience must be submitted for the assessment.
One can attend during one of our regularly scheduled presentation weeks. This week is always utilized for the providing information on the various aspects and general information about province. During this week an interview is also conducted by a Business Immigration Officer.
After the exploratory visit application is submitted alongwith all copies of required documents. The submission must be made within one year of the date of the interview with the Business Immigration Officer.
On the successful nomination one needs to sign a Deposit agreement and deposit CDN $ 75,000 as the refundable security. This money is used by the government to finance PNP program, including establishment of the Business Settlement Office. This money is returned to the investor after the requirements mentioned in the deposit agreement have been met.
