I have no idea what this article is about. As far as I can tell, "hand" is a label applied to some styles of writing for no apparent reason; some of these styles have "hand" in the title and some of them don't. The total lack of sources doesn't help either. I believe I may prod this article if there's no response to this and no attempt at clarifying the article's subject.
