The Learning and Skills Development Agency (LSDA) was known before November 2000 as the Further Education Development Agency (FEDA).

The role of the LSDA was to support post-16 educatin in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. In Wales the organisation is known as Dysg and the LSDA had no offices or activities in Scotland.

As of the end of March 2006 the LSDA has split in to the Quality Improvement Agency (QIA) and Learning and Skills Network (LSN).
