This academic essay clearly violates WP:SYN. It does not merely describe Stanley Deetz' theory, (but offers an evaluation of it and related work; there might be a possibility of an article on the general subject, , but it would best be done by starting over. - Delete per nomination; an essay of original research. Prose like this is one of the reasons we don't have a viable political left in the USA: Organizational identity is developed through a process of your 1) self-identity, based on reflective narratives of one’s perception of one’s self; 2) identity regulation, the discursive processes and practices that effect social identity construction; and 3) identity work, the interpretation of the discursive practices that produce an identity, interacting with each other in order to produce a cohesive and substantial identity. - Smerdis of Tlön - killing the human spirit since 2003! 16:52, 22 November 2011 (UTC)
