OpenPages was a Waltham, Massachusetts-based company providing Governance, Risk, and Compliance software and services to enterprise customers primarily in the financial services industry. Founded in 1996, OpenPages has more than 200 customers worldwide including Barclays, Duke Energy, and TIAA Cref.[1]

On October 21, 2010, OpenPages was officially acquired by IBM.[2] OpenPages joins software brands Cognos and SPSS to form the Business Analytics division of the IBM Software Group. The OpenPages name continues to be applied to IBM's line of Governance, Risk, and Compliance products.
