PLUMPY (slang) is an adjective used to describe a person or object indirectly enacting a plump feature or activity.

"Jane is being very plumpy today."

It can be used offensively as well.

"Girl, you are looking plumpy all over!"

It is also found in the famous quote by Tilly Curtook [who?] "A plumpy plate makes a lumpy behind."
