International Journal of High Performance Computing Applications is a peer-reviewed scientific journal covering the field of computer science. The journal is co-edited by Jack J. Dongarra (University of Tennessee) and Bronis R. De Supinski (Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory). It was established in 1987 and is currently published by SAGE Publications.

Scope

The journal focuses on the use of supercomputers to solve complex modeling problems in a variety of disciplines. Subjects include: artificial intelligence, geophysics, nuclear physics, climate modelling, quantum chemistry, cryptographic analysis, molecular biology, molecular dynamics, physical oceanography, structural dynamics, plasma physics, and solid state physics.
