LOCALE?

As much as I've experienced wchar.h is a mess of stateful programming depending on LOCALE and essentially making programs non-portable. Maybe we should mention something about LOCALE and statefulness (in a neutral tone)? ... said: Rursus (bork²) 09:25, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move

Wchar.hC wide string – In Talk:C standard library#Pages for each function and WP:NOTMANUAL we decided to group C functions by functionality, not by header. This is one of the moves needed to implement that. 1exec1 (talk) 18:31, 20 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
