Customer Service?
On October 15, 2011 I purchased a one-year subscription to their product line. I did not received a registration number for these products, as the website suggested, and eventually I left a support message in the support area of their website. The website boasts that all support messages are handled in 48 hours, but this deadline came and passed with no response. I have tried emailing their sales email address and their information address, but these were rejected as nonworking addresses. Still no word. Draw your own conclusions about doing business with them.
