A perfect number is a nonprime number that is equal to the sum of its divisors.

6 is a perfect number, its divisors being 3,2, and 1, with 3 + 2 + 1 = 6. 24 is also a perfect number.

At the moment, only six perfect numbers are known, and there is no formula to describe the distrabution of such numbers, so it is not known how many Perfect numbers there are.
