Winston
If Winston's remarks were widely reported, it will be easy for you to reference them in accordance with the policy at Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons. Please take care when editing user talk pages, you deleted links to my archives. Mr Stephen (talk) 10:31, 10 September 2011 (UTC)
- Glad to hear it. You have to find a reference and include it in any controversial edits to WP:BLPs. Regards, Mr Stephen (talk) 11:15, 10 September 2011 (UTC)
Your recent edits
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button
or
located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 10:15, 24 September 2011 (UTC)

- I'd add that your numerous edits, though often constructive in nature, are free of citations [1], and may be reverted as original research if not properly sourced. 99.170.155.102 (talk) 14:22, 1 October 2011 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add defamatory content, as you did at Talk:Robert Winston, you may be blocked from editing. Off2riorob (talk) 21:36, 4 October 2011 (UTC)
- I don't believe there was anything impertinent in the numerous messages left here by several editors. You appear to be under the impression that you can use Wikipedia to discuss your perceptions of bigotry regarding particular public officials, which is a clear violation of WP:BLP policies, and to add reams of unsourced content about the history and geography of localities with which you're familiar. Wikipedia's clear on the need for sources rather than original research and personal bias, which you don't seem to show any intention of honoring. I do believe, as you stated elsewhere, that your motivation is not antisemitism; that said, I don't think you're without bias, the nature of which seems related, in part, to nationality. 99.168.81.210 (talk) 21:44, 4 October 2011 (UTC)
- What the heck was this edit all about? "An almost Dickensian tale"? You need to use your sandbox for edits like this: this unreferenced opinion is not fit for an article about a real place. Doc talk 10:34, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
Thank you for your comments, they are entirely correct. I wrote about what i know, and fail to conceal bias. {The accusation of anti-semitism is beneath contempt]. I have therefore decided to make no further contributions. Which brings me to a more important topic: WP itself. It has all the trappings of serious research, but it's just dressing up. Competitive editing is not peer review, and the only collaborative thing it engenders is the creation of bullying cliques. In the UK at least, WP has become a joke. Try mentioning that you sourced anything here, and make sure you leave a pause for audience laughter. Nonetheless, I wish you every success in getting out of this impasse.Pawelmichal (talk) 10:51, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
- The power's in your hands, just like it is for all of us. You can make shit edits like the one I mentioned above, yet choose to turn around and make truly helpful edits like this on the same article. Which edit do you think makes WP's reputation suffer? It's a volunteer project, and we can't pick and choose the best volunteers; or how they'll choose to act on any given day. Why don't you join the team and come over for the big win? ;P Doc talk 11:04, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
Winston
I see you replaced it - I have removed it again - please consider this a last warning, I will report you if you replace it again. Off2riorob (talk) 10:40, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
- I prepared this message before the above was posted. Pawelmichal: You are repeatedly adding your commentary at Talk:Robert Winston. This will end in one of two ways. Preferably, you will stop commenting due to WP:BLP and the fact that Wikipedia is not a forum where editors can post their thoughts regarding a person. The alternative is that you will be blocked to avoid further disruption. Johnuniq (talk) 10:44, 5 October 2011 (UTC)

- I've nowikied the link as there doesn't seem to be a question at the moment. If there is, please use the bracketed thing and ask a question underneath it. Thanks. Peridon (talk) 17:08, 8 October 2011 (UTC)
