Mobile Computing and Communications Review (MC2R) is the peer-reviewed quarterly publication of the ACM for the mobile computing and networking community.

The purpose of the journal is the rapid publication of completed of in-progress technical work, including articles dealing with both research and practice. The journal also has features on the status of major international standards in the field, and news of conferences and other events.

The journal aims to provide in particular a suitable publication opportunity for first-time authors.
