Non-notable computer software project: no significant indpendent references found. The sole (primary) reference in the article states "I began learning Ruby at the beginning of 2011 and decided I would attempt to create my own language structurally similar to that particular language". While the achievement is highly commendable, it does not meet inclusion criteria. Two authors (including myself) tagged the article for notability concerns so that the author could address them, but the tag was removed each time without doing so.
