Chain of Command Example is British / English?

The chain of command example seems to be specifically focused on the British / English military (army). (I don't think the US has Field Marshalls.) Thus I think it should be labeled as such, and it would be nice if there was a link / reference to a US Chain of Command example. (Which would also vary by service--army, navy, air force, marines, coast guard...)

I'll add a notation saying it is a British army Chain of Command...

I finally figured out how to do that: by editing the Template:Chain of Command.
