Transistor Diode Mopdel

In a diode model two diodes are back to back connected to make PNP or NPN BJT equivalent i.e. in order to make NPN transistor Anode of both diodes are back to back connected to form a large P type base region. Similarly in case of PNP cathode of both diodes are back to back connected to form a large N type base region.
