I NEED TO SOLVE MY CASE

This user is asking that his block be reviewed:

ALBA-BALAMAND (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))

Request reason:

My main account was "vincshekhan", but I forgot the password longtime ago and I only use this account "ALBA-BALAMAND"; can you please advise me what to do in order to delete permanently my old account VINCSHEKHAN and to use only this one here. Furthermore; please unblock my actual account ALBA-BALAMAND as well since I am still waiting since long time. I was accused of sockpuppetry and failed to defend myself despite all the discussions !!!! I couldn't understand it; so I couldn't explain to anyone my case and I accepted to wait so so so long as admins promissed me; that I will get with time my account unblocked. So please help me to solve my case. Thank you.
