This article is simply stating that DVS is a technology available for breast and prostate cancer patients who may benefit from its use. The article content does not state that patients need to use or should use DVS but rather offers another treatment option. This article is serving an informational purpose which is what Wikipedia is used for and therefore should not be deleted.
